1. Acceptance
By accessing Soulboard, you agree to these Terms.
2. License to Use Configs
Configs available on Soulboard are licensed under the Soulboard Marketplace License (BML) or their original open-source license (MIT, Apache, CC-BY, etc.) as indicated on each config. You may download and use any config for any lawful purpose. If you modify a config and distribute the modified version, you must resubmit it to Soulboard within 30 days of first public distribution or first commercial use.
3. Contributor License
By submitting a config to Soulboard, you grant Soulboard a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and sublicense the config under BML. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your submission does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Soulboard offers monthly ($1/month) and annual ($10/year) subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Crypto Payments
Soulboard accepts cryptocurrency payments through licensed third-party processors (Stripe, Coinbase Commerce). Soulboard does not hold, control, or transmit cryptocurrency on your behalf. Paying with cryptocurrency may constitute a taxable event under U.S. federal law. All sales are final. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are denominated in U.S. dollars.
6. No Warranty
Configs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Soulboard makes no representation about the accuracy, fitness, security, or legality of any config.
7. DMCA / Copyright
Soulboard respects intellectual property rights. To report infringing content, contact: legal@soulboardai.com. Soulboard will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512. See our DMCA policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
9. Changes
Soulboard may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
