Reporting Infringing Content
Soulboard respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on Soulboard infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on Soulboard
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your electronic or physical signature

Soulboard will respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512. We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where Soulboard may be found
- Your electronic or physical signature
Repeat Infringers
Soulboard will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
