2. How we use it

• Issue and manage free or paid API keys
• Deliver transactional emails such as welcome emails, sign-in links, and account notices
• Process billing and subscription lifecycle events
• Protect the service against abuse, spam, and unauthorized access

3. Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments are handled by the applicable payment provider. Soulboard does not store full card numbers or private wallet credentials.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with processors and infrastructure providers needed to run Soulboard, such as hosting, email, billing, and analytics vendors, or when required by law.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and billing records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and investigate abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
